|Job Description:||Answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files
Scheduling and planning events or out of town jobs
Updating and creating documents.
Other duties as assigned
|Job Requirements:||Previous experience in a similar role is required
Computer skills including Microsoft Suite, Quickbooks Online, and alarm.com
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Ability to learn new software with some ease.
Technical and analytical abilities would be a strong asset for this position
Able to multi-task efficiently
