|Position Title:||Marketing Strategist|
|Hours:||40 hours per week|
|Job Description:||Reporting to Business Development Manger, also working with Underwriting team and Investment Department etc.
This role will be a key position to plan and implement the marketing strategies for the company, build good relationship with the mortgage brokers across Canada, and design a successful funnel to covert leads to revenues.
Proactively keeps abreast of company’s marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules. Increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and App, or social media messages.
Ensures marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects by using specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
Manages CRM software that streamlines business processes.
Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to company.
Other duties as may be assigned in assisting other operations within the group of companies.
Temporary work from home due to COVID-19 - Hybrid.
|Job Requirements:||Ability to communicate in Chinese (preferred)
Results oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Good creative writing skills in English
Experience of graphic design.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or advertising is an asset.
Familiar with CRM software would be an asset.
