Job Description: | Objectives: Office administrator assistant coordinates activities and third-party personnel to the company in a professional manner, reporting to the Office Manager. Responsibilities: Coordination of medical appointments Scheduling medical appointments, including any related communication with clients, providers and involved team members Preparing medical briefs for scheduled appointments Arranging transportation for appointments Any relating tasks as related to coordination of appointments Database information enters and changes internal and external customer interface Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics |
Job Requirements: | DCS / DEC (Required) Education: BA in Business administration or related fields. Skills: Telephone skills, customer service, attention to details Word, Excel, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Experience: Experience in an administrative role. |
