Position Title: Work from Home-Customer Service Representative-Technical Support
Location: Toronto
Compensation: $16.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Answer incoming calls, builds rapport and identify customer needs, and taking strategic action.
Comfortable in providing demos and ability to troubleshoot basic issues related to office technology.
Access client information and enter information into the system.
Able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms
Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique Setup experience
Respond to customer questions and objections utilizing established service de-escalation techniques.
Upselling to customers
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with each customer.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and stay updated on any changes in company policies.
Make a positive impact on the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
2+ Positions Available 
Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to type 35 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Basic computer aptitude in Windows and/or Mac
Excellent home internet hardwired – Wifi is not permitted
Full time availability between the hours of: Mon – Sun 7am-11pm
Excellent computer skills – multiple windows and tools used
Excellent command of English both verbal and written
