Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Toronto
Compensation: 14.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Answering and forwarding phone calls
Booking appointment for cleaning
Sending letters (if needed)
Mail cheques (drop off at mail box)
Customer support
Maintain calendars for the office and coworkers.
Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office up and running
Telephone skills, verbal communication skill, scheduling, handling, pressure, customer service, etc...
To be familiar with Microsoft and experience in customer service..
Training will include locating documents and editing according to the company preferences.

 
Job Requirements: Previous administration experience an asset
Experience with Microsoft office
Able to manage calendar bookings
Customer service phone and email skills
