Position Title: Office Administrator
Location: Toronto
Compensation: $14.25 per hour
Hours: 15-25 hours per week
Job Description: Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying;
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; perform data entry and scan documents; prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing system
Job Requirements: Permanent WFH
Some experience in working in an office
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Ability to manage an office and multi-task
Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
