Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Taking customer orders and inputting them into the system.
Answering customer and client inquiries by phone and by email.
Filing paperwork.
Maintaining office supplies.
All other office related tasks as required.
Job Requirements: Experience working in and with big companies
Experience working in an office setting
Experience handling customer and client questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner
Biology experience / knowledge is an asset but not a requirement
