Position Title: Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Location: North York
Compensation: $16.55 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Job Description: Manage administrative requests and queries from the team.
Organize and schedule appointments using administrative software.
Provide general support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as the point of contact for both internal and external clients.
Coordinate meeting arrangements and prepare reports.
Maintain appropriate filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate effectively through oral and written channels.
Utilize tools such as MS Excel and office software to organize work efficiently.
Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests from senior managers.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Customer service-oriented mindset and professionalism.
