| Position Title: | Jr. Landscape Construction Superintendent |

| Job Description: | The Junior Construction Superintendent aids in coordinating and supervising all construction activities. He/she will direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. Assist with the scheduling and utilizing both labour crews and equipment efficiently. Assist in overseeing sub-contractors and employees at job sites assigned to ensure work is completed correctly within budget. Assist with and monitor the delivery of all materials relating to the job being managed. Meet with clients as required. This included onsite as well as off-site meetings. Maintain strong communication with forepersons and assist in resolving site problems and issues. |
| Job Requirements: | Knowledge of landscaping and construction. Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications. Knowledge of the use of various tools, small, and heavy equipment. Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and job safety work habits. Valid G-Class Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract. College Diploma or Degree is an asset with a concentration in Construction Management. |
