| Job Description: | Arrive to work on time and have an exceptionally high standard of personal cleanliness Assisting Chefs and Line Cooks with food preparation Peeling vegetables and portioning of various meats and seafood Scraping and sorting food waste from dirty dishes Rinsing and spraying dishes prior to feeding into the dishwasher. Prepare pre-soak bin for cutlery Sort cutlery and kitchen utensils after having been placed in soaking bucket prior to washing. Organize dishes into piles and/or dishwasher trays/racks to be processed into the automated dishwasher. |
| Job Requirements: | Remove racks of dishes from dishwasher following cleaning cycle. Transport clean dishes to storage shelving Hand wash cookware pots and transport cookware to storage shelving. Ensure that the dishwasher is stocked with cleaning chemicals and sanitizer Perform extra job related duties as required by the managers in your respective section Frequently work under pressure. Work under loud and clamorous conditions. Be on your feet for periods of up to eight hours or longer. Perform duties that require lifting, pulling and pushing of heavy items. Undergo routine safety, hygiene and sanitation inspections Have a lot of fun! |
