Position Title: Shipping Admin Clerk
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: The warehouse position will provide various services in a customer-focused environment. Looking for a competent cheerful and dedicated person. 
The successful candidate will service inbound and outbound shipments, deal with suppliers, purchase order, inventory, and various warehouses. 
They must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment. 
We are willing to train if candidates have a winning personality, are team oriented by nature, organized, quick learner and able to provide great customer service. Training will be provided. using our e-commerce site, Cross- training is essential.
Review and sort orders as they come from sales.
Allocate specific warehouses for orders.
Prioritize all Member orders.
Prepare shipping labels for various warehouse locations.
Pick and Pack orders to be ship or picked up.
Organizing drivers / couriers’ delivery and pick up time.
Follow up customer with backordered and inform time frame
Follow up unpaid orders
Send tracking numbers and email invoices for UPS customers
Closed orders once paid and shipped
Track delivery confirmation for outside Ontario or Canada
Communicate with Customer regarding their order.
Make sure stock received is in good condition
Receive and count delivered stock
Restock inventory
Match receipt of goods to PO and pass to accounting
Communicate with manufactures
Monitor Inventory
Make sure stock received is in good condition
Receive and count delivered stock

Receive and count delivered stock
Purchase Orders
Preparing and confirming purchase orders
Managing backorders
Match receipt of goods to P.O and relay to accounting
Manage correspondence with manufacturers

Job Requirements: Requires a strong professional oral and written command of the English language.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn our products and services.
Work well in a time-sensitive sales environment during our busy season.
Must have excellent customer service skills, an ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize.
Must be able to work within a team environment.
Able to maintain a clean workspace
Computer navigating skills; MS Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
French or Spanish speaking an asset.
