Position Title: Team Member
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $16.55 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Job Description: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond appropriately to customer issues;
Operate cash register or point of sale devices, as needed and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities;
Verify the accuracy of guests’ orders;
Prepare and pack food and drink products;
Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensils;
Clean dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds;
Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas;
Unload and stock inventory items as needed;
Perform duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.);
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts;
Follow our uniform and grooming standards and policies;
Work to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant;
Learn team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals;
Respond to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner;
Communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers and managers.
