Position Title: Licensed HVAC Technician

Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Execute to the highest standard, leave each day proud of the work / service you provided 
Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meets the requirements of the appropriate codes 
Work with an array of HVAC systems to asses / analyze the root issue(s) and find the best solution(s) 
Be well-dressed in company uniform, groomed and professional in appearance 
Understand your tasks for the day and ask for clarity from Service Coordinator if need be 
Sign in and out of all job sites according to customer policies 
Continual and accurate use of company software, including signing into and out of work orders and producing timely and detailed service reports 
Housekeeping is maintained and the customers space is treated as if it’s your home 
The vehicle is operated in a safe manner, monitored for maintenance, and kept reasonably clean 
Tools and PPE are inspected, respected, and used / worn appropriately 
Phone calls and emails are responded to professionally and in a timely manner 
Cooperate with team and share information across the organization 
Build positive relationships with customers; check-in to ensure they are happy with the job as it progresses and thank them at the end of each day 
Available for on the on-call schedule 
Attend required training programs, including Friday morning meetings to keep current on H&S certifications and company policy updates 
Follow all company and customer procedures, policies, and Health and Safety and protocols g
Job Requirements: Valid Trades Qualification 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence 
Valid ODP Certification and Gas Fitter 2 License 
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in ICI (Industrial, Commercial and Institutional) 
Strong command of the English language and Excellent verbal/written communication 
Passion for excellent Customer Service 
Commitment to lifelong learning and self-betterment 
Knowledge and experience with the Mechanical Refrigeration, Boiler, Gas & Building code 
Proficiency in reading drawings to execute repairs/installations of HVAC equipment 
Ability to layout, assemble, install, maintain and repair all types of HVAC systems and other equipment that may be utilized for any structure, building or site 
Capable of heavy lifting, frequent and prolonged stand, walk, bend, pull, push and move equipment, supplies and ladder
