Position Title: Customer Contact Representative
Location: Toronto
Compensation: $16.00 per hour with the ability to earn up to an additional $3.50 based on performance and tenure with the company
Hours: 40 hours per hour
Job Description: The position requires you to carry out telephone and email service activities through quality customer contact and value added servicing via receiving inbound calls and/or emails from customers of our client, and resolve their inquiries. (Bill explanations, account modifications and other similar administrative duties)

Hours of operation: Monday- Friday 8am-10pm + alternating Saturdays based on the need of the business.
(8 hour scheduled rotational shift)
10+ Positions Available

Job Requirements: Leadership and / or Call Centre experience.
They must also have longevity at any position held.
