| Job Description: | Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using manual or powered equipment. Move materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts. Assist with inventory management, including counting, sorting, and organizing products. Perform general maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, and minor repairs. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and workflow. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. |
| Job Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent. Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math skills for inventory counting and recording. Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, organized, cooperative and willing to learn. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to your success. Proactive, diligent and able to follow standard procedures. |
