|Job Description:||Ensure work orders are complete that require p.o.#s before invoicing
Responsible for creating invoices for all customers and ensuring they are complete and accurate
Follow up and verification of RGA credits; linking to original invoice on customer account in Sage Business Vision accounting system (BV)
Responsible for issuing credits
Entering Orders (Global/Domestic Accounts) into the system
File management and maintenance of Accounts Receivable invoices/ quotes
Double-checking of Orders to ensure Purchase Orders emailed are entered
Provide customer support through phones/emails regarding Purchase Orders/ Invoicing (pricing, ETA, general inquiries) while sending out order confirmations to customers
Matching MISC paperwork that are not properly filed
Creating labels/file folders
Reviewing and correcting part numbers in BV
Answering customer phone calls
Ensure monthly and year end closing are accurate
Coordinates technical liaison services between sales, quoting, production, management and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in utilizing company products.
Coordinates technical liaison services between customers and sales/quoting of new types, specifications, and end uses of products.
Processes order requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support customers with order inquiries and works with other departments ensuring accurate and timely response.
Maintains company’s customer files and records.
Other duties as warranted.
|Job Requirements:||OSSD or equivalent training and experience
Completion of professional Customer Service Program, an asset
Must have 1-3 years’ customer support experience required, ideally in the Conveyor Belting/Manufacturing environment
Strong communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills
Proficient MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project Management
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, an asset
Effective use of technology, instruments, tools and information systems
Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, teamwork, time management and interpersonal skills
Normal operating hours are 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.
All employees will be required to be available for annual inventory which will take place on the first business day of each new year and will require after hours work and possible weekend work.
Sitting for repetitive periods of time may be required.
On occasion, you may need to walk-through the production manufacturing areas where you will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals to include the moderate noise level and you are required to protect yourself accordingly.
