Job Description: | We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Sales and Marketing/Data Support specialist. This role is crucial in driving our online sales efforts, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing data to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Online Sales: Drive online sales through effective customer engagement and innovative digital strategies. Manage customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving any issues promptly. Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales campaigns. Ensure the online store is always up-to-date with accurate product information and pricing. Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services. Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels. Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements. Data Support: Maintain and update sales and customer databases. Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms. Provide data and insights to the sales and marketing teams to enhance performance. |
Job Requirements: | Proven experience in online sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Experience with social media management and content creation. Knowledge of SEO and online advertising. Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
