| Job Description: | Route Representatives drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the Route Representative delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other rental items. Route Representatives are the face of customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards and pro-actively solve customer concerns. Job responsibilities also include growing existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations. We have Route Representatives that make anywhere from 50-65 thousand dollars in their first year working an average of 38 hours a week and some make up to 85 thousand dollars a year! It's also a 4 day work week with the 5th day being an in house admin day. | Job Requirements: | Possess a valid G license in good standing.
