| Job Description: | Initiate outgoing calls to consumers on behalf of our clients to discuss overdue accounts. Manage incoming calls from consumers regarding payment arrangements and collection inquiries. Mitigate collection issues by understanding consumer needs and negotiating repayment options. Execute skip tracing processes to locate and contact consumers with delinquent accounts. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and collection efforts. |
| Job Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in finance or collections is a plus. Proven experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in a financial institution or debt collection agency. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and collection software. Familiarity with skip tracing techniques and tools is advantageous. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. |
