Position Title: Office Administrator
Location: North York
Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour+ Bonus
Hours: 35 hours per week
Job Description: Receiving incoming calls from customers
Taking purchase orders from customers and shipping information to contact warehouses
Receiving payments
Getting freight quotes from shipping companies/shippers
Arranging pick-up and delivery of products
Inputting data in order to maintain/update customer files
Following up with customers regarding shipments, products, promotional flyers etc.
Responding to online customers’ messages or reviews by writing explanation and notes back using company’s templates
Occasional work to check the new shipment/inventory at warehouse
Other assisting duties assigned by manager 
Job Requirements: High School or GED
Positive working attitude
Must have strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Excellent communication skills required
Have minimum 2 years customer services skills
Fast learner with flexibility
Must be proficient in MS Word/Excel
Previous experience as an order taker an asset
Candidate should be healthy, energetic, and have a positive attitude towards working in a business environment
