Position Title: Sales Development Executive
Location: Etobicoke
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join
a dynamic team. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,
building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate
will have strong lead generation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in
CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and trends.
Schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain client relationships through prompt follow-ups, achieving high retention rates.
Provide personalised solutions to clients, enhancing their customer experience and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system. Sales and Product Knowledge:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Advise clients on the benefits of integrating AR into their platforms.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the sales manager.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with AR technology and the SaaS industry is a plus.
