Position Title: Insolvency Administrator
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $34,600 - $40,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Looking for a competent Insolvency Administrator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing insolvency claims, scanning and dealing with Trustees and Credit Counselors.
An effective Administrator has the ability to work diligently to help maintain the filing and scanning of claims. 
The Administrator must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with office equipment and procedures.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Processing proof of claims and forwarding to various trustees and credit counseling services
  • Following up to make sure documentation was received and when payments are forthcoming
  • Scanning documentation to the various accounts on the system
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
