Position Title: Corporate Administrator
Location: Concord
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Job Description: Reporting to the CEO the Corporate Administrator has the following responsibilities and carries out the following associated tasks, working up to 35 hours per week with a $500 bonus quarterly* and a full medical/dental benefit package from Manulife:

Send out marketing emails to clients for workshops, programs, courses, and seminars
Book facilitators for workshops and seminars
Using the internet, conduct research on a variety of topics to support the business
Type up letters and certificates for training participants
Create client proposals and send to CEO for review
Update Social Media platforms with content approved by CEO
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: Has graduated from university or college (Business Program ideal but not mandatory)
Has minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an office setting in a clerical position
Is reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Has strong attention to detail and initiative
Able to speak and write English, fluently
Possesses working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be ambitious, open to learning, and wanting to build a career
Has strong interpersonal skills, a good attitude, and is humble
