Position Title: Office Admin/Manager
Location: Richmond Hill
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

A well respected Richmond Hill tax office is looking for a full-time Office Admin & Office Manager.
Wonderful opportunity to work in a nice and supportive team work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities 
Handling new and existing clients queries 
Communicate with government regarding clients cases update
Work with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare document submission based on government requirements.
Managing the front reception desk, answering/transferring calls and retrieving messages.
Managing incoming emails, following up and confirming important notices sent 
Manage payment from clients
Other office admin duties as required

 
Job Requirements:
Must have 3 to 4 years work experience.
Great phone manners and excellent English Communication skills
Customer service experiences minimum two years
Computer literacy including use of email software, Microsoft Word and Excel,
Typing 35+ wpm
Very organized and pay attention to details.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
