|Position Title:||Sales Engineer|
|Hours:||40 hours per week|
|Job Description:||As a Sales Engineer, you will provide technical sales expertise focused in areas of plumbing and domestic water systems.
Manage and grow assigned sales territory or group of accounts through the sales of reed product offerings
Achieve planned sales bookings and shipment targets
Coordinate all sales-related activities in the assigned territory and provides feedback to other departments
Work closely with consulting engineering firms to specify reed products as the basis of design (BOD) on bid and spec projects
Communicate the reed value proposition to engineers, contractors and building owners, and maintain a good working relationship with all sales channels
Support pre-sales activities to convert customers’ requirements into detailed solutions, quotations and orders
Generate proposals for systems and present findings to sales or to representative networks.
Ensure Proper filing and tracking of the issued proposal (documents, price, terms, cost information, and details of RFQ)
Manage entire project sales cycle from the bidding stage to execution and start-up
Support special tasks/projects assigned by the management

|Job Requirements:||Hold a College/University degree
Minimum of 5 experience working with engineering, manufacturing and distribution operations in a commercial or industrial environment
Specification review and proposal creation experience
Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing and mechanical principles, general practices and ASPE, ASHRAE regulations, policies and procedures
Exhibit Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action
Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
