| Job Description: | Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans Initiate appropriate treatment intervention, based on clinical assessment Provide on-going evaluation of client progress Meet and-or exceed productivity standards Administer and collect outcome measurement information Participate in quality improvement initiatives Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders Document and communicate care plan according to established guidelines and standards |
| Job Requirements: | Physiotherapist license (required) Master’s Diploma in Physiotherapy Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team. |
