Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ajax
Compensation: TBD
Hours: 37-40 hours per week
Job Description: Answering incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general customer concerns; • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools; 
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with every caller; 
Entering orders; 
Working in collaboration with the other departments such as sales, estimating, production, and scheduling; 
Listening to customers complaints and clarifying the issue 
Communicating with the other departments if needed and helping them finding solutions; 
Explaining to the customer the best solution to solve the issue 
Expediting correction or adjustment; 
Making a follow up regarding customers orders 
Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call; 
Performing all other related tasks
Job Requirements: Experience working as a CSR in a production facility; 
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset; 
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; 
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; 
Ability to work in team 
Ability to work in an organized manner and in a fast-paced environment; 
Ability to use computer tools (Microsoft Office, accounting, CRM, etc.).
