|Position Title:||Rental Sales Coordinator|
|Hours:||40 hours per week|
|Job Description:||Sales role will include sales at the front counter and occasionally on job sites.
Professionally and efficiently handle customer and sales inquiries.
Direct customers with rental products/equipment to ensuring it will meet their requirements.
Process all rental requests and communicate to the team the customer requirements.
Exercise a strong commitment to inventory control. This includes proper on-site documentation of inventories and periodic physical inventory counts.
Prepare new rental contracts and parts sales daily as per standard operating procedures.
Single point of contact of cycle billing, contract filing, equipment exchanges, weekly open order contract report reconciliation, etc.
Coordinate with service department on all rental equipment service/repair issues.
Coordinate logistics of delivery and pick up with company drivers of rental equipment.
Accept cash and credit card payment from customers.
Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and demonstrating our commitment to ‘make things right.’
|Job Requirements:||Minimum of two years’ experience in the customer service industry.
Knowledge of construction and/or renovation industry, or willing to learn.
Knowledge of computerized order entry and inventory control systems.
Must have driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Bondable with security clearance.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
Keen attention to detail.
Exceptional relationship building skills.
Exceptional communication skills and effectively able to deal with customers in person and on the phone.
Able to multi-task and work effectively in fast paced environment
