Position Title: Customer Experience Representative
Location: Toronto
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Please note that this is an onsite position and candidates will be required to work from mid-town Toronto office.
Your responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs and route calls to specialized departments as necessary
Respond to customer questions and objections utilizing established service de-escalation techniques
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with each customer
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and stay updated on any changes in company policies
Make a positive impact on the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

10-15 Positions Available 

The contract is for a month with the option to extend for another two months.
Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
Flexible schedule – with 24/7 availability
High school or GED
Excellent command of English needed
