Position Title: Administrator/Documentation Specialist
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 annually
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: General administrative duties
Preparing, issuing and tracking customer invoices/payments
Assist with RFP submissions
Assist managers and site supervisors with safety documentation and correspondence
Development, documentation and maintenance of company/department SOP 
Development and maintenance of reporting and documentation of OHS and COR requirements
Preparation of monthly, weekly, daily reporting
Stay current with legislation changes and implement into company policies and procedures
Coordination, implementation, management of staff Health and Safety training ensuring training for all staff is current and updated
 
Job Requirements: Excellent written and editorial skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
Proficient MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
Ability to identify needs, initiate, coordinate and mange projects
Ability to prioritize tasks and requests from multiple stakeholders
Strong coordination skills
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, work independently and as a team
Previous health and safety experience (preferred)
