|Position Title:||Inbound call centre worker – Spread Care Initiative|
|Location:||Toronto and remote (for 2 day mandatory onboarding; remote work thereafter)|
|Compensation:||$15.50, reduced to $14.25 when work moves back onsite post-COVID19|
|Hours:||40 hours per week|
|Job Description:||Agents working on the Spread Care program answer inbound calls, address customer queries and complaints, answer customer questions, utilize through scripted protocols and provide effective solutions.
Successful candidates must complete a 2 day on-site orientation at their Toronto Office. During this process, strict social distancing and safety protocols are in place to protect workers.
This training must be completed before employees can work from home.
After the 2 day onboarding, the position will be 100% remote.
There are no plans to transition this role back into the head office post-COVID19 prevention measures.
