|Position Title:||Customer Service Representative|
|Hours:||40 hours per week|
|Job Description:||Candidates will receive inbound calls from shareholders interested in participating in an upcoming general meeting event
Make outbound contacts to shareholders participate reminding them to in the upcoming voting event.
Team members must be able to clearly provide additional information to shareholders as it may be available.
Meeting Productivity metrics, Compliance and Quality targets.

|Job Requirements:||Ability to work in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm and energy
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, coupled with professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer/keyboarding skills
Call center experience is an asset
Prior experience in financial or shareholder services is an asset
Day and Evening shifts available Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 9:00pm EST and occasional Saturdays. Please note this role is required to work from our office in Scarborough.
