|Job Description:||The purpose of this role is to prepare and release complete “kits” to production manufacturing in a timely manner. Return unused material to inventory efficiently and accurately.
Process Transfer Order in Dynamic within 24 hours of released posting. Communicate with Procurement on any physical inventory discrepancies.
Ensure received materials are placed in the correct bin. Verify and correct materials corresponding to the correct bin in Dynamic for proper material consumption.
Accurately and efficiently update associated Excel MSI BOMs on the fileserver.
Review shortage reports, and fulfill as required, or submit to procurement team to fulfill.
Through directives of the kit coordinator to expeditor releases of priority kits.
Ensure released materials are in accordance with our most efficient means of production ( I.E. proper material packaging, parts are in a continuous strip, date code review, etc.)
Consistently and effectively update LPIH (Last Part In House) report, thus the production scheduler to arrange assembly time.
Release kits to the production floor.
Returning Material to Inventory:
Perform physical count on surplus materials after production, then organize and return into inventory.
Perform physical inventory count and enter any adjustments to ensure accuracy of physical inventory.
Other tasks pertaining to material management, as seen fit by the management team.
|Job Requirements:||Basic computer skills, with knowledge of Excel
Physical requirements: lifting containers of up to 20 lbs unassisted; walk, stand for extended periods of time
Basic math skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Individual should be detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English
