Position Title: Office Administrator
Location: Markham
Compensation: $15.00 per hour increase in 3 months
Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Job Description: Answer and monitor all calls and emails
Followup with clients on completed projects
Organize & file receipts and other documents
Job Requirements: Strong writing skills in either English or French
Speaking Fluent Chinese
Computer literacy in Microsoft, Office, Word, PPT, and Excel
Excellent time-management, detail- orientation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced situations
Ability and willingness to learn new skills easily
Experience:
Office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
