Position Title: Inbound Customer Service (Call Center)
Location: Markham
Compensation: TBD
Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Job Description: Provide real-time customer service support for inbound calls 
Manage call flows, provide first call resolution 
Deliver exceptional customer service with up-selling if necessary, by the client 
Provide appropriate product/service options that are tailored to the needs of the customer. 
Participate in centralized team meetings
Multiple Positions  Available 
Job Requirements: Strong communication skills 
Fluent in English and/or French (verbal and written) 
Excellent customer service skills 
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of diverse situations 
Effective organizational, scheduling and time management skills 
Computer skills
Completion of post-secondary education 
A clear criminal history is required to service our prestigious clients. All customer service representatives will be required to undergo an online Criminal Reference Check during the screening process conducted by us. 
We are building our team with serious individuals that have excellent communication skills and intermediate to advanced computer skills with some previous customer service and/or call center experience. 
The individuals must commit to the required training to better understand the system and serve each client on their applications
