|Position Title:||Recruitment Administrator|
|Hours:||40 hours per week|
|Job Description:||The selected individual will be primarily responsible for a dual role of customer needs management and administration duties for the recruitment department.
An anticipatory approach, organizational capacity interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, and an ability to adapt to a variety of different situations will be key aspects to a successful candidate in this role.
Corresponding on a daily basis with candidates, customers and key community partners via phone and email correspondence
Interviewing candidates in a supportive capacity to the primary recruiter.
Developing advertisements for job postings. Graphic design experience is an asset.
Utilizing social media and a variety of job boards to attract applicants and disseminate content.
Accurate record-keeping and file maintenance
Back up support for the payroll administrator during vacation
Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager
|Job Requirements:||College level of education is required
Recruitment and selection experience; direct customer needs management; bookkeeping or payroll knowledge; as well as health and safety and WSIB experience are qualifiers for this position
