Position Title: Contact Center Agent / Customer Service
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Work from Home Permanent - after training is completed within office  
$15 per hour (talk time – actual time on a call) 

DUTIES:
Make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls to and from customers
Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize customer’s needs
Gain in-depth knowledge of the product 
Develop expertise in navigating the software system 
Use knowledge of product and system to solve customer’s problem and answer customer’s query
Promote product positively with customers on the call
Follow schedules and meet assigned targets
Maintain confidentiality

Job Requirements: BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent listening, clear oral and written English communication skills 
Solid computer skills and aptitude for learning new software
Superb customer service skills
Able to work 9to5 or potentially later depending on the needs of the business & availability 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High-speed internet 
Laptop/desktop computer capable of supporting multiple applications running at the same time
Microphone
Headset
ASSETS:
Experience in sales or call center environment 
Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours
Flexibility to work from home or from office location depending on campaign
