| Job Description: | Patrolling inside and outside as required, keeping the building secure Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions Monitor security cameras Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies Create assigned reports Concierge/Patrol Guard 3 Positions Available |
| Job Requirements: | Able to work all shifts (this means nights, afternoons, evenings & weekends, rotational shifts) Proficient communication skills (English - written and verbal) Experience as a Concierge Security Guard (experience in a condominium and/or hotel considered an asset) Proficiency with computers and MS OfficeTeam player - positive, honest Previous Concierge Experience |
