Position Title: Office Administrator (Construction)
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description:
  • Manage and coordinate efficient and effective flow of documents for the office
  • Monitor health and safety program and maintain training records
  • Working closely with Project Managers to support all aspects of worksite projects
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining project files and scheduling meetings
  • Assist with the preparation, tracking and submission of RFPs
  • Provide support to the project management team, clients with effective and timely communication and project flow, including capture and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Coordinate with clients, and subcontractors regarding administrative matters
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of Administration experience (Construction Industry)
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid G Driver’s License

  • Construction Management Software: Bluebeam (asset)
  • Project Coordination experience (asset)
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology (asset)
