Job Description: | Answer phones on a multi-line system and direct calls appropriately Greet clients and guests as they arrive at the office Prepare the boardroom for meetings and escort guests to their destinations Handle clerical tasks, including filing and maintaining record systems Prepare reports and correspondence Ensure general office maintenance (watering plants, keeping the office tidy, etc.) Provide support to senior managers Format documents and create materials using MS Word and Excel, as well as proofread and edit documents Assist with personal errands as needed (e.g., drop-off/pick-up dry cleaning, lunch, groceries) |
Job Requirements: | 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Valid driver's license Access to a reliable vehicle Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a new industry Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Canva, etc.) Comfortable with computers, smartphones, and tablets, and willing to learn new applications Strong research skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely Capable of working independently with discretion Excellent management, time-management, problem-solving, writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills |
