Job Description: | Analyze and resolve technical issues for the E-Tech client base by providing remote and onsite IT Support for end users Manage E-Tech client asset management Provide Business Continuity/Data Protection services including client environment backup/restore Document processes and procedures in the E-Tech Knowledge base |
Job Requirements: | Be a Permanent resident of Canada or Canadian Citizen or a person for whom refugee protection has been bestowed under the Immigration Refugee and Protection Act, and be legally entitled to work in Canada Be a resident of Ontario, Canada (we need someone who can travel to clients for position) Job seeker is unemployed or underemployed at the time of the application (this means not currently employed in IT) Full-time candidates only, no students or returning students Must have Diploma or Certificate in IT (Graduate) Must have their own vehicle and can travel to E-Tech client sites in the GTA |
