Ensure the safety and security of the client’s property, staff and visitors
Patrol the condominium premises, as directed by the sites Post Orders to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment and property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Review all booking information vis-vis the party rooms, guest suites, theatre room, billiard room, bbq, elevators.
Perform all necessary pool and spa tests (pH/Br levels)
Review cctv footage for events that take place on private property
Addressing complaints originating from the residents and visitors (i.e.. loudness, etc.), which may include answering alarms and investigating disturbances,
Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises
Provide visitors and customers to commercial units with information and directions. This may include answering telephone calls to take messages, answering questions about the property but never give out personal information about residents and/or corporate staff.
Ensure the cleanliness and adequate appearance of the concierge desk
Monitor various equipment controls that regulate building systems such as air conditioning, furnace or boiler.
