Position Title: Telemarketer – Advisor
Location: Scarborough
Compensation: $15/hour - Up to $1,500 / month of commission
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Cold call people to sell products HVAC Products and Services
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs
Assertively persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including trends in the relevant products and services portfolio you are promoting
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven outbound sales experience (within the past 2 years) with consultative sales involve meeting sales quotas, understanding a selling cycle/process, earning commissions/bonuses, and upselling.
Sales experience in HVAC and or Home Services
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone
Good attentive and active listening skills
Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities and temperaments
Ability to multi task by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer customers while entering data.
Proven experience as telemarketer and success in a Telemarketing role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
High energy and passion for sales
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as dictated by business needs
