Position Title: Recruiter-Administrative and Support, Waste Management and Remediation Services
Location: Mississauga
Compensation: TBD
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: This opportunity consists of progressional advancement. If selected, you will initially be trained as a Recruiter and when successful, move onto the Client Management Role.
Utilizing multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, etc.), referrals, social media and database to conduct searches
Tasked with meeting targets including monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators
Responsible for recruiting new business opportunities for clients and candidates
Full cycle recruitment for potential candidates to fill job orders
Formatting resumes, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating compensations, benefits, perks and incentives for candidates
Recruiting for mid-executive level professionals in a variety of roles and industries
Managing the relationship and client job orders through recruits on the role, the progress and communication to ensure the clients are receiving Top Quality talent
Follow the process from interview through to the offer and acceptance stage
Job Requirements: Solid sales and recruiting/HR background is a must
Proactive work ethic with high level of accountability
Strong sales skills and persistence with the ability to obtain new business, manage clients and candidates, and deliver our services
Previous experience in a sales environment (retail, B2B, direct sales)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills
Strong multitasker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Recruiting experience and/or knowledge of the recruiting business is an asset
