Position Title: Customer Service Representative-Professional, Scientific and Technical Services
Location: Richmond Hill
Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Handle incoming calls in a service environment;
Answer inquiries, dispatch service, resolve problems, contact customers to investigate and resolve customer issues;
Navigate a computerized data entry system and other relevant applications for tracking, information gathering, trouble-shooting and transaction processing;
Work closely with other departments to facilitate resolution and closure of customer issues;
Coordinate call handling in accordance to customer specified guidelines and schedule;
Relay customer feedback to supervisor in order to identify trends and situations requiring further investigation;
Ensure data accuracy and security;
Other duties as assigned to fulfill business needs such as filing, maintaining customer files
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience as an administrator in the service field with strong customer service skill. The successful candidate should have 
Education: Minimum High School Diploma. 
Skills: Proficient keyboarding skills, familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Explorer)

Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team 
Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Experience in the industry is preferred, but not necessary.
