Position Title: Accounting Clerk-Administrative and Support, Waste Management and Remediation Services
Location: Mississauga
Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week
Job Description: Address customers' complaints or concerns
Prepare payroll
Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
Invoice clients
Conduct credit and collections
Prepare reports
Perform general office duties
Organize and maintain inventory
Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
Job Requirements: 1 year to less than 2 years of accounting experience
College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Excel; MS Windows; MS Word; Internet; Accounting software; Quick Books
Accurate; Excellent oral communication; Reliability; Organized; Ability to multitask
