Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Toronto
Compensation: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Description: Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all clients and other visitors to the firm.
Using a multi-line switchboard, answer and refer all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual.
Monitor incoming faxes and direct them to the correct recipient.
Administer and manage the inbound/outbound mail, including regular mail, courier packages and other correspondence.
Coordinate boardroom booking requests.
Other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements: 2+ years’ reception experience in a professional services environment.
Exceptional client service and communication skills, coupled with the patience and awareness that some clients may have trouble communicating in English.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and superior critical thinking skills.
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
